Find the latent work
We map the archive: books, talks, essays, courses, recordings, ideas that never got their second life.
A workshop for prolific creators
Entropy Press turns existing work into new, profitable formats — then finds the audiences that work was waiting for.
01 / The method
Most creators are sitting on a backlog of valuable material. We turn that backlog into a system: more formats, better audience hypotheses, less reinvention.
We map the archive: books, talks, essays, courses, recordings, ideas that never got their second life.
We identify the cheapest useful transformation — not content for content's sake, but a new way into the same value.
Collective signals reveal adjacent groups, language, and unmet demand. The audience is part of the R&D loop.
We build the smallest app, product, or channel that makes the next iteration cheaper than the last.
02 / Chaos marketing
Not by shouting at a colder audience. By letting the work travel through enough formats and communities that unexpected demand becomes visible.
Every response is a clue about where the work can go next. No demographic fiction required.
03 / What we make
The first engagement is a paid 15-minute diagnostic workshop. We use the information from the call to produce a set of audience-finding experiments within one week, then align any ongoing relationship with what gets created from the strategy.
A focused strategy session to identify the strongest existing asset, the cheapest useful formats, and the next audience to test.
We make the books, audio, tools, courses, and other practical products that give proven work another route to revenue.
We build apps and deployment systems that lower the cost of translating, learning, and shipping the work again.
04 / The bet
Everyone should have a chance to make money from their creations. Especially the people who already made the hard part.
05 / Start here
In 15 minutes, we will map where your work is published, what you have tried or are trying, and the goal you want to reach. We then use that information to produce a set of audience-finding experiments within one week. If there is no honest path to value, we will say that too.
